Aksoy Holding’s flagship in retail industry is Shell & Turcas Petrol which was established as a market leading fuel retail and lubricants JV company in 2006 between Shell and Aksoy’s controlled subsidiary Turcas (BIST: TRCAS).

Power

Aksoy Holding’s flagship in power business is RWE & Turcas Power, a JV company established between the major European utility RWE and Aksoy’s controlled subsidiary Turcas.

Hospitality

Aksoy Holding has gained its reputation for luxury hospitality primarily through Istanbul’s largest 5+ star, iconic Conrad Istanbul Hotel overlooking the Bosphorus with its 553 rooms, as well as the ultra-luxury residential and hospitality mix-use development; The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum. Real Estate

Aksoy Holding established Aksoy International Holding in 2022 as a wholly-owned subsidiary to invest in global real estate projects, and hence to geographically diversify its portfolio. Aksoy Holding’s growth in this business is focused on the USA market with ongoing high-end condominium, multifamily rental, hotel, senior living, and commercial real estate developments in Florida, New York and Colorado.

Trade

Aksoy Holding is the exclusive Macro Distributor of top tier lubricant brands in Middle East and Nigeria with plans for further growth and expansion. Aksoy Holding’s Technological Solutions Business Division represents and sells high-tech, know-how products for the aviation, security and defense industries worldwide.
